TECHNICAL IN LED MEDICAL HEADLIGHT

The lighting system utilizes a warm white light, which is comparable to conventional bulbs or gas-discharge lamps, ensuring optimal illumination during examinations. Its spectral composition closely resembles that of traditional bulbs and gas-discharge lamps. Additionally, cold white light and warm yellow light are used for improved contrast and more detailed images, particularly in the red spectrum. This spectral composition enhances the visibility of vessels and areas with strong blood circulation due to its superior absorption properties. The LED-ring illumination technology eliminates the need for fiber optics while still providing optimal lighting at the application area. The field of vision remains unrestricted, and all advantages of a single LED are fully utilized.

The surface of the instrument is coated with a special powder coating, reducing cleaning efforts and maintaining a high-quality appearance over time. The light spot can be adjusted between a diameter of 2 cm to 12 cm at an operating distance of 30 cm, allowing for flexibility in use. Powered by an LED bulb, the system offers reduced energy consumption and high shock resistance, contributing to a longer service life of approximately 50,000 to 100,000 hours. Additionally, the LEDs are sterilizable and environmentally friendly, making this lighting solution both efficient and sustainable.
