Usage

Add a small amount of paste on your toothbrush and brush your teeth in a circular motion. Then rinse your mouth with water. We recommend using it twice a day.
Warnings: Children 6 years and younger: Use a pea-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
